According to the superior company's international strategic planning and listing requirements, Baiyi Limited Company changed its name to China Railway Materials (Hongkong) Holdings Co., Ltd in April, 2011. China Railway Materials (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd. was established in January 2012 with registered capital of 10 million HK dollars, serving as the operation and execution platform of international trade for CRM Hong Kong. It has four major departments, namely, Comprehensive Management Department, Finance Department, Railway Products Department and Mineral Resources Department.

　　Serving as the overseas headquarter and an important platform of international business for CRM and CRM International, CRM Hong Kong shoulders responsibilities of overseas investment entity, platform of financing, trading and information.

　　As the platform of overseas investment, CRM Hong Kong has implemented many major direct/indirect overseas investments, such as 350-million-dollar equity acquisition of African Minerals Limited, share purchase in ATLAS, Australia, etc.

　　As the platform of international trade, CRM Hong Kong owes railway and mining business across the world, exporting railway products to Brazil, Australia, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and South Asia, while importing iron ore and ferrous metals from Brazil, Australia, Africa and Indonesia.
