  Established in 2016, China Railway Materials International Group Corporation (CRM International) is a pillar member of China Railway Materials Group Corporation (CRM), a large central enterprise which is under direct supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). CRM International inherited and integrated CRM’s global economic and trade resources, serving as a significant platform and a major carrier for CRM to carry out its strategy of internationalization. CRM International is the core strength of CRM in building its international image and brand, systematically providing collaboration platform of funding and financing for international trade, and implementing overseas investment and cross-border mergers & acquisitions.

  The predecessor of CRM is the Bureau of Railway Materials Management under the former Ministry of Railways of China. According to the overall deployment of structural reform proposed by State Council, CRM was restructured by the State Council to a Central State-owned Company under the supervision of SASAC in 2004. The overseas business of CRM International can be dated back to the very beginning of China’s Reform and Opening Up in 1978. Owing to the continuous development in the past 42 years, CRM International has become one of the most powerful providers of productive service in the world.

  Headquartered in Beijing, CRM International has 12 affiliated companies, including 8 overseas subsidiaries located in the US, Australia, Hong Kong, the Laos and Serbia and so forth.
