Shenzhen Sunray Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Sunray), formerly known as Shenzhen Huashen Equipment Co., Ltd., was founded in 1985 with registered capital of RMB 50 million yuan. At the initial stage of its establishment, Shenzhen Sunray mainly carried out business through bidding of foreign trade loan and procurement operated by the former Ministry of Railways of China.

　　In 1997, China Railway Materials Commercial CRMCC) established a company named Shenzhen Sunray Development Company by restructuring and integrating a series of existing companies, including Transgoods America Ltd, Hongkong Baiyi Company, Shenzhen Huashen Equipment Trading Company, Beijing Huafeng Equipment Trading Company, Huizhou Huahui Trading Company, Hainan Fulun IndustrialCo. Ltd, Zhuhai huarui Industrial Development Company and Hongkong Baiqi Company Real Estate Co, Ltd. In 1999, Shenzhen Sunray Group Co., Ltd was established.

　　From 2003 to 2013, CRMC had successively integrated, restructured and transferred all subsidiaries of Shenzhen Sunray. After CRM International Group Corporation (CRM International) was established, Shenzhen Sunray became its wholly-owned subsidiary. At present, Shenzhen Sunray has a subsidiary named Hong Kong Baiqi Real Estate Co, Ltd. and owns two management departments, namely, Comprehensive Planning Department, Finance Department, as well as three business departments, namely, Manganese Mining Department, Chromium Mining Department and Railway Department. In Tianjin, Rizhao, Lianyungang, Qinzhou and other ports, there are operational departments which are responsible for domestic sales and port issues of imported ferroalloy ore, iron ore and other mineral products.

　　Shenzhen Sunray has focused on specialized foreign trade for decades and has formed two core businesses--import of mineral resources and export of railway products. It has been one of the top 100 enterprises in Shenzhen City and one of the top five companies of chromium and manganese import in China for many years. Recently, in line with development strategy of CRM International, Shenzhen Sunray has brought its geographicadvantageintofullplay and pays more attention to construction of rail transit and infrastructure projects in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao and the Pearl River Delta region in order to participate in and expand its business of supplying steel, cement and other bulk materials.

　　Shenzhen Sunray keeps making full use of its resources and striving to explore markets at home and abroad, so as to build up an international business platform for import of metallurgical raw materials and export of railway based on solidifying its existing chrome and manganese ore business. Meanwhile, it strives to develop domestic rail transit and urban infrastructure construction markets and to provide integrated supply services in materials and equipment to overseas construction projects along with China's large-sized engineering construction enterprises going abroad.
